Had to wait 20 min just for someone to help us, store was unorganized and looked a mess my daughters ring broke and they said she couldn’t help cause it’s been longer than a year.

The store was extremely low on inventory. The sales associate did not want to give a bag, and when asked for a bag, she went into a long lecture about Pandora will be going bag free! If that’s the case I will not shop at any store where I have to walk out physically holding merchandise in my hand! Not even worthy of a bag!! This was not thought out, your store suppose to be a store of quality and elegance! This will most definitely have a affect on your business!

Terrible location

The sales associate was very rude. When I asked for her assistance she didn’t speak to me she just nodded. She then argued with me about what size ring I needed. I will not be returning to this location again.

This was my first visit to Pandora . I love your online store. My husband purchased a charm for me a few weeks ago I love the charm so much I wanted a second one . I decided to go into the store . The customer service was very dry and not friendly. I will continue to shop online.

The sale person did not clean area and payment tool between customers and I was told I would get an email receipt and it’s been almost 24 hrs and I still don’t have a receipt

I didn't like the way I was treated by the saleswoman. She didn't seem very interested in helping me. Luckily I knew exactly what I wanted before entering the store!

I had purchased a pacifier charm for my personal bracelet and the charm has broken. I contacted the customer service department I. Line and discussed this with them and was advised to return the price I still had if the broken charm snd it would be replaced. The lead Sales associate refused to even acknowledge this issue. I was also exchanging other prices I had purchased on mine and she acted annoyed that I was there. My grand daughter was getting her first Pandora bracelet for her birthday and the sales associate wasn’t welcoming at all.

The flow was not controlled. They allowed people that were behind the line to enter before us. The friendliness of the store manager was poor.

Ms. Minerva C from store 0186 did not clean my bracelet good and didn't put my charms back on correctly. She seem as if she did not know what she was doing. That was my first time experience service like that from Pandora and it was very bad.
