I was not satisfied when I initially called the store to seek direction on what I should do regarding 2 necklaces I purchased at Christmas had turned colors. I left the necklaces on while washing my hair on accident. The manager was very rude on the phone she was adamite they she would not return the necklaces if they didn't turn back after being cleaned.

The associate helping me did not listen to what I was telling her. I stated I wanted all if my fingers sized for rings because I was interested in buying a couple. She then asked "ok but which fingers are you looking to buy for". I wanted to know for future reference all of my sizes. So only 3 of my 10 fingers were sized. I ended up only purchasing 1 ring because I no longer wanted to deal with this associate due to her rushing me along while looking.

I was upset due to the snarky comments. I was talked to like I was a child being punished.

I was standing in a very long line and asked an associate if ordering online was quicker and was told yes so I ordered while waiting in line. Wheb I got up to another associate right before I got into the store I showed the associate my order and that I already paid for and I was told that I would have to wait 4 hours until the order was ready. The store would have been closed and I could not come back so I had to pay for the order again so I would get the items. When I got up to another associate to pay I was told that they don't get the online orders until they are on break because they don't get credit for the online sales in their store. If I just let the online order sit there it would drop off my card after 5 days. This was at the Mall of Georgia.

Terrible customer service. When I asked about the discount for healthcare worker both associates were not helpful. If I did not need a gift for my Mother I would have walked out.

The charms you said you had you didn’t and she did not even bother to see if another location may have it nor ask me would I like to order it

The associate at the front door never acknowledged that we were standing there for over 20 minutes. When she did she pointed us to another associate outside the store to take care of us. Had she asked what we were there for. We would not have stood in line for 20 minutes without being serviced or acknowledge. Lara was very professional and great however. She addressed our needs appropriately.

Sales person had no interest in showing the product. We would ask to see specific charms. Example ,” charms with travel theme” charms or beads with red” was told there was nothing that had any red. She showed very little. Saw a couple trays verses several. She did not show what I wanted or suggested anything

Most of the things that I was planing to buy were out of stock at the store.Very disappointed.

People need to be ready to shop and not window shop because the lines get long. 1+ hour waiting in line.
