The Sales Associate wasn’t helpful as if she didn’t want to help or answer any of my questions the entire time No smile not hospitality just felt like lady you’re either going to buy something or not kind of attitude i will not be returning she just wasn’t friendly or nice to me my whole day was bothered I did purchase the bracelet for my family member I will not be returning

The sale’s associate (Ashley) was not helpful at all. She made me feel as I am a burden and pain in the * to her. She saw me struggling to try and lock one bracelet that I decided to purchase to see how it would fit, but she didn’t care to offer to help, I was so angry that I almost walked out without purchasing anything. This experience was very disappointing compared to how I was treated at the pandora located at perimeter mall. I will never go back there.

My first time at Pandora and I felt rushed by sales associate! Did not show me many options for charms and never pointed out the ones on sale. I saw them after my purchase. She was NO help at all - Mall of Georgia.

I wait in line over a hour.Then they try telling me I was in wrong line. I had demand someone help me because they was sending me back in other line and I say No.. Signs is not clear and visible

The associate that help me was very rude, she threw the pendant and the hand and when I went to sign the receipt she tossed the pen at me. I would not be returning to this store and be treated as if I stole something.

Upon arrival the associate wasn’t at welcoming. The energy was very unprofessional. It almost seems as if she didn’t wanna serve me. Everything I ask to see she didn’t display it as they normally do in the other Pandoras stores.

Lack of customer service. Store needs a larger locations due to demand it also needs to be reorganized because associates were on top of each other. It's to closed in and not enough help.

The sales associate was extremely unfriendly . The item I was returning was very small , and she said when you pay cheap that is what you get. When in real I was trying to build a bracelet and didn’t pay attention to size or cost. Then I had to show her items in my phone to bring out , she would show around or pull trays to give suggestions .

My bracelet that is not more that 4 months was broken and I when to store to be replace, the sales person asked me to call customer service because I cannot exchange or return it in the store. She was really impolite and I have to asked her to get the manager of the store to get a solution very disappointing.
