First I had to wait in line to get in. Then it took two associates to get what I wanted. There were a couple of associates who didn’t appear to be doing much tha I believe could have been helping customers

I went with my Fiance to pick out my ring. Two people were working, and three people were in the store, including my Fiance and me. It took 20 minutes even to be acknowledged. When we finally found the ring, we told the lady. She made small talk, "Is there a big event coming up" My Fiance and I didn't find it necessary to explain, so he just said, "Maybe," and she said, "You should make her work for it," thinking that it was funny. We awkwardly laughed, and he paid for it. He was putting his card away, so I went to take the bag, and she pulled it away, saying, "I'm handing it to him since he bought it" Okay, but it's MY ring, so once she handed it to him the last thing she said was "I think you should make her wait." I'm angry because it was embarrassing, rude, and unneeded. I don't think we will be shopping at Pandora again.

There is no life warranty on these jewelry they broke or tear a year after you purchased then they make you buy a replacement, I was walking in the store all the sudden my bracket started to fall apart with my charms.

I purchased over $150.00 worth of merchandise and I was given a brown paper bag to leave with! I was not given any dust cloths or dust bags. The Pandora experience is severely disappointing! It was not the fact it was crowded or I had to wait because that was expected! When I asked for the proper wrapping/packaging I was told it was only a few left and they were being given to folks who had to come in the store to order.

There were only 4 or 5 people in front of me and we waited more than an hour. There were 2 lines and nobody knew what they were for and nobody was there to explain leading to people getting in the wrong line. I knew exactly what I needed when it was finally my turn to order with the lady taking orders in line she left. Being 4 months pregnant I had to wait an hour after that.

Placed an order online which included a free gift. I was later informed the gift was "out of stock". Sales associate was not friendly and borderline rude. I think another gift worth same $ amount should have been offered. I ended up with a larger size of the ordered gift which is NOT what I wanted

The initial service was horrible. I was not greeted upon entering the store. Two customers walked in after me & the staff didn't get a greeting either. This is very rude & unprofessional to not be acknowledged as a consumer where I am coming to spend my hard earned money. The manager didn't even acknowledge me when I was standing in front of her trying to get assistance. Her leading by example explains why the staff feels like it is ok to ignore customers. I told my Salesperson Jenna, she made a sale instead of me walking out simply because she acknowledged me. This store is almost an hour from my home & to have such a horrible experience on my first time in makes me very discouraged to return. If I wanted to have horrible to no customer service, I could have ordered on line.

The lady broke my original bracelet taking my charms off, I bought a new smaller bracelet which is too small. I should have been reimbursed for the broke bracelet.
