The sales associate did not go in order of whom came first. All the associates were currently with a customer and acknowledged that I was the only one there and should be first because again, I was the first to be next in line. Another custome came in after and she was taken first before me.

I saw the Pandora Logo Safety Chain, Clear CZ on last chance online for $56.00 in store on last chance as well the price was $7 higher. The associate told me she couldn’t give it to me at the lower price until she talked to her manager. She advised me that she may give me a $7 in store credit or credit my card back $7. She assured me she would call me back before the store closed at 9 pm. That was Monday today is Wednesday and I still have not heard back from anyone. I buy Pandora all the time and I’m very disappointed no one has reached out to me.

Ales associate was ok just ok. Charm display was understated. I had to ask for everything that I wanted to see.

Melanie D #151365 was wonderful. However, on 8/18 Sabrina, the manager was disrespectful to her and to me. After purchasing a bracelet and two other cleaned, I returned to pick them up and Melanie went to get them. She was yelled at and the other cashier had to finish my order. She did not want her to wait on us even though we were returning to pick-up and pay. I believe she was upset because she placed a Black person before white one. I will carry my business to Peachtree corner especially if I come in and don't see Melanie. I will think she is terminated. I couldn't find that receipt and today would have been the last day.

I was not acknowledged when I entered the store. I had to wait 15minutes. No one said"we will be with you in a minute." No one said sorry for your wait. Clerk showed no friendliness at all.

The salesperson smelled like smoke and was extremely slow and miscalculated my receipt which I pointed out and was corrected.

I waited about 15 minuets before an associate was free to assist me but before she came to assist me she tried to assist another customer first that had only been in the store for less than 5 minuets and I had to speak up to tell her that I had been then first and then she said oh really are you sure 😡

The charm that broke was not avaliable so I have to come back if I want the charm that was a gift from my mom.

The lack of employee presence was disappointing and the wait was ridiculous for a Sunday. Also when it was your turn to be waited on they didn't even know who was next in the store so I think maybe taking a number might be something they want to think about so everybody can be waited on as they approached in the store

The sales associates were gossiping about the other employees not following guidelines. Said the customer was rude. Not professional.
