Soy cliente de la tienda Pandora que esta en el Mall of Georgia, y fui a comprar un regalo para mi hija. Les pedi que en caso que ella no le quede la pieza si podia regresar y el Manager me dijo que NO. Le insisti le dije que era un regalo para mi hija y no para un extralo. Y su respuesta fue NO. No quiso ayudarme.

Merchandise were in the wrong spot with the wrong price. When I was going to get it I was told it costed more than the price it said where the item was. It happened twice with two different items. I asked the manager if she could honor the price on one of them because it was their mistake and the answer was no.

Poor Inventory of merchandise Poor display or catalog if we compare it with the quantity of products that you have. If there are many customers, and they need to expect to offer some assistance or product information on the waiting line.

The sales associate that helped was very nice. My only concerned but its the second time I come in to the same store located at Mall of Georgia and find something I like and has a price marked on it and when I proceeds to check out I'm told that that is not the correct price. I feel is an item is marked with a price it should be honored even if it is incorrect because that is not a customers fault.

Poor quality of customer service. Sales associates willingness to help was very poor. Personal appearance of same sales associates did not make a good impression of the company

Having hard time to get charms on my leather braided bracelet turn out it’s a bad one because sterling silver snap part it’s defected & Ive it lit’ over a year.

The store was very crowded and although there was a sign on the door of the store that they would not be cleaning jewelry, one of the associates did just that, which of course took up quality time for the waiting customers. When another associate approached her, she said, yes I've been taking them which indicated the customer that was there while I was shopping was not her first. In addition this same associate helped a customer that came in wanting to know if they had a particular item before helping the ones that had been waiting 30 minutes or longer. Truly bad customer service.

The merchandise we wanted we're not in stock and the Associates didn't know when the stock would be arriving

It took about 10 minutes before I was helped, even though I signed it and from the looks of it everyone else who had signed in was already helped. The associate helping me was nice but it seemed like she was uninterested when she was helping me. For these reasons, my experience was below average.
