Sales associate was not friendly at all I had to ask her was she having a bad day we all have things going on but just be friendly with customers we spending money it’s there job

I was not acknowledge when I stood at the door waiting to be assisted. Then I walked to the counter to wait for assistance. I stood at the counter in front of an employee that was restocking rings-she didn't even look at me or say a word. I then seen another sales associate to get her attention since she was not assisting anyone- AND I FINALLY GOT HELP! I was at the store approximately 10-15 minutes without being acknowledge or someone letting me know it will be a moment before anyone gets to me.

The associate that was helping during my visit was not very knowledgeable or kind. It seemed like she just wanted to finish her shift. I asked her if she could show me some of the rose gold charms they had in stock. She said they had many & I needed to be more specific. Did not like my experience there. I felt like I would’ve probably purchased another charm if I had more time to look. The experience felt rushed. I’ve purchased in different locations & associates usually make sure you’re satisfied.

The sales associate did not take the time to properly clean my bracelet, she continued saying these charms will tarnished over a period of time. I asked her to please clean my bracelet again. She did a better job the second time, but I had to clean it again myself when I got home.

Pandora had a promotion if you buy a bracelet you will get a free charm. When my mother and I arrive to the store they did not had anymore of the free charm available. We ask can they substitute it for another charm around that value. The employee said no. Which was very disappointed. My mother and I was still looking at bracelets, they didn’t had my size in the bracelet I want nor did they had the charm I want in stock. At that point it seem like they didn’t want to help, I had to ask about online service. That’s when the employee said they can ship it to my house. I was only able to get the charm online because the bracelet I want in my size was once again sold out. It was a bad Experience. My mother and I had shop with Pandora for years I have rings and bracelet from them and so does my mother. Wish the employees would help or put effort that they care.

The sales associate did not wipe the counter down after the customer right before me. She was not very courteous. She clean my bracelet by just dipping it in the water and gave it back to me wet. I polished it when I got home and there was so much residue on it. I will be back to Pandora but not that location. I even believe she was the manager

the sales associate wasn’t friendly at all . She basically didn’t help out choose anything or help look for anything . she just picked the charm up & added to the bracelet, then had a rude tone . A older lady probably in her 50s & had glasses with dark tone hair .
