I feel Pandora is a snob store and you can't go in an look without somebody right there first showing you a catalog and then never showing what's in the showcase. I picked out the two beads from a catalog, and then she got them for me. I only purchased these two beads for a relative who collects it. I think Pandora is very over-rated and will continue to buy my Brighton jewelry.

With the volume in this store they need a better system to help people. There was a clip board with a hand written list that was on the top of a cabinet. Customers had to tell new people how to sign in. A number system would be a better way to help people.

The associate was new, the check out process was very slow as she did not know how to do a split payment. The manager on duty did not seem very helpful to the associate we dealt with. The other issue I was upset with, was as soon as we got home there was an advertisement for a buy two get one free, but this sale was not even mentioned when I bought two. I would have come back the next day. They could have at least told us about it so I didn’t waste time and money.

Not super impressed by my sales associate. Customer service/ engagement is a game changer for me. I’ll buy online next time.

It takes so long to see all charms you have. I have to ask for specific design or theme to be able to see it. What if I don’t know what charms do you have. I don’t like this approach, I prefer to see items you have for sale and not asking, it took me almost 1 hour to buy 1 bracelet and 2 charms

I had to wait in line for over an hour to make a purchase that took a total of 4 minutes. I felt that my time was of no importance what so ever. A line assistant could have saved me a lot of wasted time standing in line.

I had 2 pieces to be fixed . But I just got 1 replaced because I did not had another receipt. We bought the pieces in last September, in this store. I don’t know why I did not receive the receipt in my email. I think It’s not my fault If the salesperson did not email to me.
