It was a little confusing who was next to be assisted. There was not a sign in sheet. Customers were walking in and around the store and the employees were not sure who was next.

Certain charms were not available snd the associate said had never seen that charm/spacer since she started working there. Why is this so?

I came to the Store just to purchase a gift card. I came early before the store/ mall open because of previous lines. Although I appreciate the one/ one experience, there were only 3 employees when the store opened and 4 times (12-15)p as many people waiting in line. I wish they had some one at the cash wrap that could handle people like me that just wanted to get a gift card.

I was not thrilled with having to wait in a line just to enter the store and the Mall was Not busy! They did not have much merchandise, therefore, I ordered from online. The staff had no urgency or pep about themselves. In other words the shopping experience was a drag!

The sales associate had to search for sale items. The process would move quicker if all sale items where together.

Never received my receipt for my purchase that was supposed to be emailed, but I did get the survey. How do I get my receipt?

It is a struggle, to be forced to wait outside the store for a representative. I understand once you get inside, you have top notch service, but the delayed entrance, 30 minutes + at mall opening, is frustrating and turns many away. Also, while the inventory was good, one of the charms I specifically wanted to get for Christmas was out of stock, which was a disappointment.

The store has placed a line outside of the door and only lets customers in one at a time. There were about 8 people in front of us in line. We spent 45 minutes waiting to get into the store. This was my second attempt to go into the store. I tried to enter the store a few weeks prior but the line deterred me. Once we were in the store the sales person's iPad didn't work to check us out. After 3 times to attempt to use it, we finally went to the register to check out. Perhaps there should be a time limit for customers while they are in the store to prevent the people waiting to get into the store almost an hour to enter, or move to a larger store location. This is the only store in the Mall of Georgia that makes you enter a line (other than on black Friday). I will never wait to get into the store again. I will go somewhere else or buy online if I want something from Pandora.
