The store was short on staff. I wanited about 30-40 mins to be able to talk to an employee and I already knew what I wanted. Other than that very pleased.

Sometimes the store is so busy you have to wait a while to get help. Also sometimes it would be nice to have some of the items on sale. I am new to Pandora so overall I am satisfied.

It was an ok visit I know what I wanted and just went in and got it. Pandora needs a reward system. I buy a great deal of items!

Sales Assiciate did not ask the size of the ring purchased so therefore it must be returned for the correct size.

The store was very crowded when I went. It took the sales associate a minute to really get into helping me. Lots of chatter between associates. However once she began helping us, she did a great job.

Pandora has moved away from providing meaningful charms. I wasn't looking for a show piece, I wanted little reminders. Pandora used to provide this and now it's just another bracelet.
