There’s always room for improvement. Mainly the wait to be served, there’s a sign in sheet for service and if this is your first time in the store and associates are busy you’re not aware of this until you wait for 20 minutes.

I went in to return my ring for smaller size the specific ring I wanted they didn’t have it in my size so I had to get a different style

I had to wait for 30 minutes. I feel maybe they could use more help.

The wait was a little long due to the store being very busy. The store was a little small. They seemed short staffed.

My only complaint would be that it was a really long line. But the associates did an excellent job in making it run efficiently. They we very helpful considering it was a lot of last minute Mother's Day shoppers.

When enter the store we received a warm friendly welcome the sales person(Ms. Melanie D) told me the meaning of the bracelet and personal I can make it and about the others store in Atlanta area's and online site "net" make sure cause it's other site that's not Pandora. Thanks a Lot Ms. Melanie. We were traveling but if I live near I would be back in 90 days.
