Pandora Jewelry

Estuve esperando más de una hora para poder entrar ala tienda..( pero también se que fue por la temporada de navidad ). Gracias por su atención ..

not that i wasn’t satisfied, it was just that it was the holidays and the line was not moving for a bit only because customers were still looking for items while inside.

waiting in line outside the store in the mall location was 30 minutes. Did not have the merchandise that we were initially seeking. the clerk was very nice and seemed to have opened every locked cabinet in the store in search of our requested item. Seems somewhat inefficient means to determine if something is in stock. We did settle on another item to purchase.

It's Christmas time so it's a wait for everything. It has noth il ng to do with Pandora at all.

My only comment on my experience is that I was not able to browse. I did know what I wanted to purchase and the associate came and got me out of the line and to checkout which was very fast and easy. However, I may have made more purchases if given the opportunity to walk through the store. The checkout associate did upsell me on an ornament and free bangle but I may have been interested in buying gifts for more people on my list if not rushed through.

The charm was not what i expected. It was extremely small didnt fit my bracelet. Have a number of charms this is the first one i will be returning. It looks cheap. The color is not what I expected

It was busy so the wait time for assistance was long. Spent most of my mall shopping in Pandora waiting to be serviced.

Store was very busy and we had to wait for assistance.

This store is entirely too small.

I don’t feel like the feel of the display is very good. Needs bigger display for merchandise
