The sales associates weren't letting us see the merchandise just because we weren't the next people up to get helped, but this happened in the 400 outlets location. I think there should be at least four to six people helping on a busy day. Other than that, the store is fabulous.

The last few times that I have visited a Pandora store the sales associates just haven't been nice. It's as though they don't want to fully help. They get exactly what I may ask for but do not go the extra mile so to speak. When asking about a suggestion, they have none. When asking if there is more to go with what I have asked about, nothing....

I was satisfied for my first experience. The store was not crowded but there was a sales person that made me feel a little uncomfortable. I will be honest, I enjoyed my first experience and I would do it again. The only thing I didn't like is that there is not much room in the store to move around and look at the items.

The store is relatively small. On busy weekends, it's difficult to move around without bumping into someone. It's not a huge deal, but I think one improvement would be to either expand the store or redesign the layout.

The only thing was that the wait was a little long for an associate due to that store being a popular store in the mall.

The store was crowded with customer. Customer were not happy due to the long wait. My sales agent was a little frustrated and was kind of rushing me to make a decision, which was not good, due to most for the charms were out of stock. When and if I return for a purchase it will not be during the holidays or after. 01/05/19

The store had a limited amount of workers so it took a long time to get assistance. The store needs more workers.
