I can see that other customers would need to wait if they came in after me bc there is never enough staffers in the store. That is why I came early and sat in the parking lot bc I didn’t want to have to wait forever to be helped. This time it paid off. I was the first customer in the store. Yay!!!

Jaya was very nice. When I walked in the other rep was busy and I do not think she greeted me and I waited a while before Jaya came from the back. Jaya was welcoming and she took a great amount of time assisting me which was great and helpful. The iPad was very time consuming because it kept timing out. It timed out several times and moved slowly when looking up various prices.

I asked the sales associate about upcoming sales and she was rather evasive and didn’t answer my question. I know there’s a sale coming up in the next couple of weeks, but instead of sharing that information, she acted like I really had to buy my merchandise today or it would likely be gone. She also could’ve shared that they can order merchandise that is not in stock online and have it shipped directly to the customer’s house...a fine option if my merchandise happened to be gone during the sale period.
