They did not have much of a selection for the 50% off. It was hard for me to choose what item I should get.

Because it was the day after Christmas, there was a line out the door. There were 4 sales associates' stations inside the counter space, which is about all that would fit. The store was out of Pandora bags, so my purchases were placed inside a BROWN PAPER BAG like I had taken my lunch to the mall with me. No Pandora bead boxes left, either. The store was also out of some of the most popular Harry Potter beads because they hadn't ordered enough for the Christmas season. My sales associate, Kimberly, was lovely and accommodating, which salvaged my buying experience. I don't know whether Pandora corporate limits the number of Pandora boxes, bags, or beads each store receives, but whether the general manager of this store didn't have the foresight to order more than he/she needed for the holiday season or whether it was corporate's fault, the situation needs to be remedied.

When purchasing merchandise, waited in line around 30 mins before being waited on & 1+ when exchanging merchandise.

Sales Associate was awesome. She was extremely helpful. My only problem is that the location ran out of the signature Pandora Bags. Luckily I had one from a previous purchase and the second charm was going to the same person as that purchase. If this was my first purchase though I probably wouldn’t have come back because for the money I expect the full experience.

Even though Christmas is 5 days away there should have been more $25-35 charms in stock. They should overstock those items considering people will come buy those. Not everyone wants to spend $50 or more

the problem is not with the store itself. I went during the Christmas season, and customers were being metered in and out of the store to prevent crowding. The wait was longer than I would prefer, but completely understandable.

Very long wait time during the sales period. Waited outside the store for 2 hours. Then when I got into the store, they didn't have the item that I wanted and it was sold out online. The associate was able to locate it at a different store
