The selection was wonderful and the service was great. I went along with my sister and my only issue was my store associate didn’t inform me as much as my sister was. I was not told about the free cleanings or the discount on the bottom of my receipt. As I was going to throw my receipt away my sister informed me of both those things. I just feel like all store associates should inform all customers of such details. As I’ve never purchased jewelry from pandora prior to this.

Waited an hour to see a sales associate. Temperature in the mall was very hot and uncomfortable. Only one charm selection for grandmother. Had to settle with mom charm. Only purchased charm and bracelet because of time invested in waiting and mall closing soon.

No Sale persons have not acknowledge us when we walk into the store. I have to go to the sale person to ask for help. That sale person didn't give us the box/ bag for the Pandora that we bought. Even if I decide to wear the items. Didn't felt warmth, friendly and welcoming during our visit.

Most times when coming to this particular location, I am hardly ever acknowledged! I actually went to this location a month or so ago (for a birthday gift) the manager totally ignored my friend and I, helping everyone else who entered the store. But once we were finally helped, Kimberly was awesome and knowledgeable. But sadly almost had the same exact experience this time as well.

When having a sale, would recommend having more employees. I arrived at the store at 10:10am (they opened at 10am) and there was already a line of more than 6 people in front of me (not counting those already in the store).
