When I walked in the store, i was not greeted. Then finally one associate ask another associate or you waiting on her? It appeared neither was caring to wait on me. Then I ask for assistance at looking at a necklace which was in a case not near the register. The associate when back near the register to look at the price but never came back. Of course there were ithers i wanted to look at. So I finally walked back to the register thinking maybe she forgot. I asked did you get the price. She then say oh it is 125.00. Then I said I wanted to look at charms. She never offered to assist or even shown me anything. I wanted the necklace sonI did purchase it but I left and decided I didnt want to spend anymore in that store.

I like how there was one door for entrance and another separate door for exit. However, it can be misleading even with the sign. I, myself went into the store through the door that said exit thinking it was the entrance. I then went out after realizing and walked to the entrance door and waited. Waited for a while and saw a woman did the same thing as what I did. However, she didn’t leave the store nor went back in line even after knowingly she went to the wrong door. Anyhow, while waiting in line, none of the rep acknowledged the people in line by saying, we’ll be right with you or thanks for your patience. It was as if they were tired and ready to go home. I didn’t feel the friendliness nor happy vibe. Anyhow, I did get what I was looking for. My sales rep was helpful.

Didn’t have to wear mask then all of a sudden now they are making us wear them . The rep was a little snobby but she helped I guess.

Nothing against the store or location, this was a first time visiting this location. Nothing to compare this first time visiting towards any other visit. Also as I was shopping there was no discount s offered.

Having to wait for 50minutes outside the store just to come inside and not find what you really want is very painful. It’s sad that they only had 4 choices for birthday charms, and none were extravagant. I ended up just purchasing something so I didn’t feel I waisted almost 1.5 hours of my day!

Lack of inventory. Everything I was looking for the store didn’t have in stock. It was disappointing, especially with COVID. Ordering online takes forever, so it would be nice if the stores had a decent selection.
