I was not satisfied due to the waiting. One the sales associates was very rude and never tried to help us when we was next in line. She proceeded with the people behind us and took there order and then took another customer order that was behind them. It took the new young African American woman that just started two weeks ago to help us and she apologized about the wait.

I was satisfied with everything. It was all nice. It was really nice I wished I looked more. I will be going back.

It was a very clean store, but I felt the waiting in line wasn’t really set up correctly. I think someone should’ve been outside the store letting people in because some people were cutting in line and they didn’t say anything.

Line was a little lengthy outside the store. Really needed someone to make sure people were social distancing in line too.

I rated the experience as satisfied vs highly satisfied because I received the service I would expect. It was good service, average service. Nothing “wowed” me or displeased me. A Highly satisfied rating from me would have been given for exceptional service where something occurred that I didn’t expect.

The necklace I was looking for was not available.

The store only allowed 8 people in the store at time and the line was long for social distancing.

It is the second time that I visited this Pandora store and it did NOT carry the item I desired..I wanted to get a specific item for my wife's birthday and they didn't have it. My wife has 3 bracelets and a thousand charms, so getting what she wants can be challenging at times.. but the Pandora stores usually have the items. This particular store leaves me wanting..

I am displeased that the item I was looking for is discontinued. The associate did give us an option to try. I guess I am unhappy with company in general and not this store.
