The bracelet is beautiful but it won’t stay closed and also some of the charms were lost because they wouldn’t stay closed . My anniversary gift was lost the first day I my husband purchase them . Sad

helpful., my visit was great. I did have a long wait in line outside the store, but I understand why I had to wait. My sales associate, Vanessa, was wonderful! She was very helpful in assisting me in picking out a gift for my daughter. Professionalism, being courteous, and attentive goes a long way with me. Vanessa was great! I am happy with my purchase!

I was at the Kiosk in front the actual Pandora store. The associate that was assisting me, called for my charm or someone to come watch the Kiosk multiple times and no one ever responded!. She noticed an employee leaving the store and had to flag her down to get assistance. This lady went back into the store , then another associate came over to help at the Kiosk. I really felt more bad for the Kiosk associate, because there was literally nothing she could do! And she also had a couple more customers in line behind me.

Them was not available in bigger sizes, so I had to get a different style which I was crazy about.

Rep was slow, she was involved with another sales person’s customer. But she was very nice at the end of the sale.

I had to make my purshase outside. Never given the opportunity to go in but person behind me in line was allowed to go in to shop. Would have spent more as I did from another jeweler after leaving store.

When I got to Pandora there were no sales associates outside. I waited in the line to go in the store only to find out that I was in the wrong line for a pickup. Then I had to wait in another line to get my merchandise.
