Pandora Jewelry

No one welcomed or greeted customers coming into the store. It was 4 associates and 2 helping other customers. Charms on my bracelet will not come off. Although the associate tried to get them off, I was told cutting my bracelet is the last option.

Pandora is very popular they should have more Associate working .

Overall I had a good experience. Me and significant other. Usually go to pandora. The employees overall were friendly and patiently with us looking and choosing.

They were out of stock on several items that I wanted to purchase. They took quite awhile to get you into the store.

They were limited on the rose gold charms

Nobody is perfect, the welcoming could have been a little more engaging. We could not come in until they allowed us and no customers was in the store. The associates were conversations and continued even as they see customers waiting to come in.

Small store, couldn’t really walk around freely with other people in the store.

I was not satisfied with the price I paid for a rose gold Pandora bracelet. I was just very shocked on the price difference between the silver and the rose gold

Not much to chose from. Purchased my first Pandora bracelet and felt like I was rushed.
