I was very satisfied with my experience. I wanted to finish out my bracelet, which I did. However, there was a limited selection of the colors I was interested in. My sales rep did a great job.

Limited merchandise in store. Availability of staff, being approachable.

The wait in line was the only issue. The sales associates that were inside the store were either going on lunch or home with a line that extended past the store.

There wasn’t as much options in store that I expected. Didn’t have my size in all rings. Other than that it was fine.

This experience was a different from my other experience. The wait time was longer. I understand though I came in during a promotion.
