They had great difficulty getting my gift card to work. After several attempts , the manager did an over ride. I went in looking for 2 specific charms. Only 1 was available. I ended up having to place an online order to get one of them.

The sales associate told me they were out of the item I needed and told me to scan a QR code to order online. The code did not work and then she conveniently decided to look for the item and found it.

The wait was pretty extensive to get in the store. One sales associate completed a customer and never called next. I has to wait for the next associate.
