I feel as though I didn’t have enough time to thoroughly look at all the merchandise because of the amount of people waiting to be serviced, not the fault of the store though.

I was hoping to have more of a selection while I was there. I was disappointed that the earrings on display in the window were not available for purchase in the store. They were why I entered.

There weren’t any available associates when we went inside the store. Multiple associates saw we needed help but didn’t offer. Some were available but just were standing around.

They acted like we wanted to steal something. I just wanted to look at all the displays to see what they had because l never shopped this location. I made all my previous purchases of Pandora jewelry from Reed’s Jewelry store and l will just exclusively shop ar Reed’s ir pandora online because l didn’t like the way they were acting today. They looked very shocked when l made a purchase which is sad because l came to buy two charms for my bracelet and had they acted better l would have purchased a charm bracelet gift set for each of my three daughters today. My assistant was nice and she did clean my bracelet and put my charms on, so that was appreciated but l would never shop that location again!

Being disabled, I had to wait in a long line twice within the past week. Standing for a prolonged period wreaks havoc on my spine. There should be a line for disabled individuals when the line is so so long.

Manager looked up my items while in line. My cousin also went inside did a consultation. After waiting in line, I had to get in another line for an associate to pull my order. Order was lost in the system. I assumed that the order would be pulled up and ready to go after waiting in a 2nd line so it seemed a bit redundant.
