Long wait, there was a line to get in the store and people would keep on using the other door to enter, which made me very upset because, i was in line waiting like everybody else for my turn, for this to be happening.

The merchandise that I wanted to purchase was not available. I had to wait 15 minutes before being allowed to enter the store. The sales personnel were very friendly, but not having the items that I wanted was very disappointing.

The reason why I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, is that the store was out of stock with the original charm I desired. However, the staff assisted me in finding another charm and informed me that it would be in stock later that month.
