Always long lines, not enough associates to help

I got an email letting me know about the sale. I went a day early for the sale and the sales associate told me about the sale and asked me to come back the next day. Yet she let me peak at what I might want. The next day I went in, and I was out in no time. Great customer service at the Mall of Georgia (Buford)

Pandora jewelry is very high-quality jewelry. It can be worn by all ages. I recommend Pandora jewelry.

They were limited on items availablity. It wasn’t much of a selection to choose from.

Yesterday, the wait was a little long but they got to me as soon as they could. Overall I was satisfied

They put the wrong price tag on the item. It shows that it costs $55, but it's actually $95. Sales did not apologize for the error. She didn't say thank you after the purchase. But these are all minor details. Great experience overall :)

Sales associate was extremely helpful and was great to work with it. The store manager was rude and very unpleasant to speak to but she did resolve my issue

The store was very busy with customers, so I had to wait before seeing a sales rep. When I mentioned I had a birthday code & was told they couldn’t take it that I had to purchase online in Oder to use code.

Once in the ate we were told to go back outside and wish for next available sales clerk
