I had a return and a new purchase. The associate was more interested in the new purchase and not the return. She had a negative attitude and tried to get me to spend all the return money since it was a cash purchase.

The wait time was a bit long because there weren't enough sales associates on the floor. Other than that really nothing at all was dissatisfying.

Due to lack of employees it takes a long time to enter a store

It is the Christmas holiday, so I understand there will be some delays. However, I had to wait in line to get in the store for entirely too long.
