Melanie was very helpful. She quickly located the two Christmas charms I wanted and even put them on my bracelet. She arranged them in the perfect order just like an expert! I really appreciated that.

I was definitely satisfied with the whole experience. The sales women was very kind and very informative. She made sure I knew that my accessories gets free cleaning and I have a 1 year warranty.

The store manager was rude and didn't seem willing to offer any suggestion as to how to help me with a damage product. It was the sale associates who took the time to clean, my bracelets and then suggested I reach out to customer service directly since the store is limited when it comes to damage product. Now I know!!!!

I felt kind of rushed and wasn't given many options to really look at. Also many rings I wanted were discontinued.

I spent almost 300.00 and qualified for a jewelry case. Disappointed that they allegedly ran out. Most likely will be returning the products. It should have been communicated that there was no more. The free item is what brought me inside the store. Besides that everything else was ok

3rd day of promotion and ran out of free jewelry boxes. Sales associates said there was a problem with shipman.

we spend hundreds of dollar at least make a better box and more tissue for items that are gifts, more selections and sale items would be better and we can't even see other charms at the bottom but the ones only on the top of glass .

There was a promotion for buy 2 get 1 free that I was not made aware of or afforded. It was an expensive purchase
