I was pleased with the sales associates in the store. They were very friendly. And the merchandise inventory was very good. I went into the store to look at rings, and ultimately purchased a ring. The inventory was excellent for the size ring I needed. I appreciate that because a lot of times a store will have a ring on display but not in inventory for my size.

I told Lori what I was looking for, and she took me and my husband to the items. She knew everything about the products, and offered suggestions!

I love my Pandora bracelet, it was given to me as a gift a year ago and I have been very excited about purchasing beautiful charms that match my personality. I have not had a bad experience with any of the stores sales reps but I would like to give a special thanks to Sandra for todays purchase.
