Quality of merchandise and selection

Anita was super helpful. I had looked through the catalog before coming into the store. She helped me organize my charms and some for my daughter. She didn't mind letting me see the charms and ten make a final decision if I liked them for our bracelets.

First off I love Pandora! I was in the store a couple of days ago. I returned home and realized I had duplicate charms for people, so I returned today to exchange those charms for new ones. I was greeted by a friendly salesperson and she was just delightful. She made me feel as if I was the only person in the store, even though that was not the case, there was a list of people after me. This is true for the visit a couple of days ago, as well. She was personable and professional. I am absolutely satisfied with my exchange and also my purchase today!

Sabina one of the assistant managers took care of me. I had an appointment with her because now I'm a Pandora card member. Sabina was very knowledgeable and she made suggestions for the bracelets that I was working on. I did not feel rushed or pressured.

Over many years I have shopped various stores which sell Pandora merchandise. None compare to this store regarding satisfaction!!! The courtesy, enthusiasm and knowledge of Pandora products shown by the employees is exceptional. On this visit I was once again fortunate to have Olivia assist me. With tough decision making (on my part) in choosing the perfect charms for a special gift, Olivia was flawless with her guidance and patience. Her joy in seeing my ultimate satisfaction was truly heartfelt.

Ms. Tenneisha was Awesome. Her Customer Service was Amazing. She's the best.
