Maura was a really great salesperson. I came in for an item but it wasn’t it stock, so maura recommended something else and I actually ended up liking her recommendation better. Also Arzoo was really helpful with helping to find my pandora account because I hadn’t made a purchase in years.

Then the employees were very friendly. They were quick to help me out on anything in the store. Also, The store was very well kept very satisfied.

The reason for highly satisfied is the Sales Associate earned it. I had spoken to a couple of my friends about the kind of ring I wanted to wear with my Pageant outfit that coming soon. They explored 'WITHOUT' me. They found Melanie and told her what they were looking for. A few days later, they decided to take me to the mall as a surprise. I thought I was going to look for my dress. Surprise!!!! Melanie went about her business as Sales person and told me what wonderful friends I have.

I recently acquired a pandora charm bracelet from my kids. I went into the store to look around for some charms for me. I love the bracelet and can not wait to get more charms.

The assistance was good. They helped us with what we needed and made our visit easier. They cleaned some of our rings and bracelets, and it was overall a fast experience
