My experience at this Pandora store was amazing. Although there was a little bit of a wait, it was well worth it. Our sales associate was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was first time buying any Pandora jewelry, and I feel that I will continue to shop with them.

The charms were beautiful and in excellent condition. The sales associate had some knowledge of the charms available, but it took her awhile to locate them. She was also busy with other customers during my transaction which made me feel rushed.

Even though the line was extremely long, and they wouldn’t clean my bracelet, the rep was very nice. She did polish my bracelet for me and put on the charm that I purchased

I went to Pandora on the Friday before Mother's Day. I expected a long line (which there was) and I expected this to be a stressful experience once I got into the store. However, my sales associate was Jill and she was so nice! She didn't rush me, offered suggestions, and was very pleasant! I couldn't say enough good things about Jill. She is a very valuable employee for you!

Melanie D. is just such a wonderful sales associate at the Mall of GA Pandora store. She always welcomes me with a big smile, and shows me all of the newest pieces, and also ones that are classic that I may be interested in purchasing. In addition, she has sent me personal notes at home via mail to help me learn which pieces have been retired, and/or what is available. It's exquisite to read a hand-written note from Melanie. I love shopping at the Pandora Mall of GA store because of Melanie, and all of the fine associates there. I is a joy to shop there!
