Pandora Jewelry

We got a set from Pandora at Christmas and the sales associate was nice but didn’t completely explain the quality and metals the rings we got were made out of. Unfortunately it chipped and the copper came through and was rubbing onto my finger. Had I had known this we would have chosen a different metal and we were also told the warranty would cover any issues but that was also not correct. Thankfully the associate Maura & the manager Jennifer were understanding and helped us fix the situation. They were both very knowledgeable about the metals, the products and the warranty and explained things thoroughly to help us understand what happened and how to make sure it doesn’t again! I’m very thankful for their help and having good people working for your company! It was a great experience except for a rude customer that felt like they didn’t need to wait their turn and was rude to your staff members and as a retail worker that also has to deal with this I know it happens but I hate seeing it happen to other people!

The workers were very nice. They knew what to do and continued to be of assistance. The jewelry was beautiful & it was shown very well.

Overall experience was great

My sales person Tashia was awesome. This was my first time in the store. I came to the store with questions because I received a Mickey Pandora bracelet as a gift. Tashia answered all of the questions I had and offered advice regarding things I hadn’t considered. She gave me wonderful tips on how to care for my merchandise. She assisted in my new purchase. She even offered to sign me up for the credit card which I declined. I am thankful that I had an awesome person my first visit. I am excited about my next purchase and I’ll be sure to visit Tashia for that purchase as well.
