Melanie was very knowledgeable and kind and gave a personal one on one service all the way until left the store. Even when I was being cashed out I was looking at other things.. she did NOT wave me off to or gave me the hurry up service "is there anything else". Great excellent customer service.

My bracelet broke after 1 week of purchasing. Exchanged it without any problems.
