The associate who assisted us was very kind and helpful. My daughter's ring had cracked and even though it was a retired style, the associate took time to locate it at other stores as well as show us other options in the same price range.

Due to the current pandemic there was quite a line yet pandora managed to move fairly quickly. The associate that assisted me also knew about the exact merchandise I was referring to by photo and by name. Will definitely be back !
