I visited the store to purchase my daughter a birthday present. My daughter told me the charm she selected and I shared this with the associate. She told me with bracelet my daughter purchased and showed me several charms. One was the globe charm. My daughter had texted me a message a few days earlier saying, " I love you mom. You and me against the world." This was spot on!

This was my and my husband's first pandora experience. Jennifer was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She was friendly and patient, and we really enjoyed our experience and plan to be long time customers.
