sales associates are very very nice and helpful. Jenny and Marissa B are the best.

I visited this Pandora store on "Black Friday", and the staff were so helpful and patient with the increase in store visitors. There was about an hour "wait" but staff promptly got me onto the wait list and it allowed me time to browse and determine my selections. Jenny the store manager was so helpful and checked in with myself and all the waiting patrons, she was very personable and even started to get a few charms pulled for me that I determined I already wanted. Marissa was my sales associate at the counter and she was AMAZING! She was so helpful, patient, and had so many good recommendations and helped me solve a few gift problems. (difficult people to shop for, she knew just what would be a good fit!) She was pleasant and professional, even when other patrons would interrupt us. I will always call ahead to ensure she is there to assist me in the future. She had assisted me in the past and her consistency in customer service is wonderful.

I brought a bracelet in to purchase additional charms to make a holiday theme. My sales associate was very helpful in her suggestions. My bracelet is beautiful! I was very pleased with my shopping experience!

The exchange was easy and they had the size needed. We looked at other charms and what we wanted were available. She was excited about the holiday charms and themes and super knowledgeable.

My sales representative, Hillary M, was exceptionally good at showing me the things I was looking for and understanding my wants and needs. She talked directly to me and made me feel important and valued. She actually was one of the best sales associates I have dealt with in a long time. Great job!

Hillary was very nice and knew the merchandise. I was in a rush and needed to buy a gift. She also gift wrapped it for me.
