Pandora Jewelry

Second time-in store. Both times I purchased some thing but only because I really wanted to treat myself. I lost my favorite dog recently so I came in the store to cheer myself up and the two girls were gossiping and ignoring me I had to actually ask for assistance. Now I came in to get another ring and the girl at the counter ignored me for at least 10 minutes finally a girl from the back room came to help me and I told her how I was just satisfied both times with not even being acknowledged and she said they were doing inventory tonight. Well that gave no right to the girl I believe her name was Audrey to totally ignore me when I spent almost $200 the last two times in your store. I expect to be greeted when I walk in and I expect to ask if I need any help and both times I had to ask for help but I spent almost $200 because I felt like I deserve to treat myself but your sales associates are horrible

Staff was not very inviting. I was the only one in the store yet they all seem too busy to help me. It felt as if I was bothering them.

I have over $7000 worth of Pandora jewelry and I have 7 broken bracelets... I am NOT satisfied. Sales staff, excellent.

The sales person was super super rude. She rushed me and like shoved the bag in my hand after my purchase. Seemed like she wanted me out of the store as soon as possible. Rushed my purchase and I bought the wrong ring per her recommendation. Very rude and awful experience

There were more than three staff working and only one was helping someone. I waited for one to come over and none of them did. Someone came in after me and they took her over me. Very rude staff and the staff gave attitude when a customer asked questions. Only go to this Pandora for the retired charms but Pandora should be shamed how the staff is.

The staff doesn’t know the products they are selling, have products all over and not neat, does not put out new products when they are suppose to, does not know where the products are, does not have knowledge about sales or products.Staff is very rude. When you walk into the store they give the look like “seriously I have to work? Why did you walk in?” Went once to do an EVEN exchange due to the charm being damaged and she was going to charge me tax difference and gave me false information. Asked the store I bought charm from and she said the lady told me 100% wrong. Pandora should be ashamed how New Hartford, New York store is.

The sales staff is horrible! Not friendly. Not knowledgeable at all. They could care less. This is after two visits! Pandora should be embarssed with these people.

The sales associate acted like I was inconveniencing her to have her show me different rings and sizes she was rude and when she realized I had a return she was even more rude and rushed me into an exchange that I did not want and now I have merchandise that I am not happy with and and do not want to return to that location of store very unprofessional sales person ..
