When asked about a ring that you had in stock the sales associate didn't want to take the time to look for it and then told me it wasn't in stock, but had a friend go in right after I walked out and a different associate ahowed her thw same ring I was told was not in stock. My associate acted like I was bothering her.

The sales rep was very rude. I asked questions and never answered and was to busy asking what other associate had keys and who had #2 keys. She was short and after done ran in the back. There was another associate there that seemed to be very helpful to her customer. I will go back but will not have that one girl help me. I will problem go online to order.

The girls that were working were all sitting around talking amongst themselves when I obviously needed help. I had to approach them myself and they seem annoyed that I interrupted them.

I bought a ring put it on in the car(took a picture all the stones where in it) drove home a 30 minute drive. Noticed a stone already fell out. I had to drive another 30 minutes back to the store to get a replacement.

I didn't like how the employee that helped me had a stuck up attitude and was kind of acting like she was too good to help me. Would highly recommend for her to change her approach on certain customers because the lady that needed help after me got a much better attitude and approach from the one I got

The salesperson was overly opinionated and pushy about selection of charms. Made my selections feel immature and subpar, which ultimately led to a choice that my girlfriend hated. Perhaps your customers know more about their intended recipients than your staff, and some comments need to be kept to themselves.

Poor display of charms available. What I did finally purchase was wrapped for a birthday present and bagged. I pulled it out of the pandora bag at home and it was horribly wrapped. Tape all over the package and the satin bow was all frayed on the ends and looked dirty. Very disappointed in comparison to other pandora stores I've been to.

Told me what I was looking for wasn't in store after I got a little irritated she looked in stock and found both items and I spent a lot of money. I didn't realize the store across the mall was running same sale If I New I would of went there

Sales associate did not mention the 30% off sale for buying a bracelet with 3 charms. I had bought a bracelet with 2 charms. I could have bought the 65. Seaturtle charm that I also liked and have spent 1. Less (with the discount) than what i paid for the bracelet with 2 charms. When I used to frequent the Trollbeads store in Ohio they always told me about the sales and how to save on my purchases. I am very disappointed with the service today. This was the beginning of a new bracelet for a new time in my life and I feel almost taken advantage of. 66. Which I was jipped out of is alot with the economy in the current condition it is in where every dollar saved counts.

Sales associate was awful she was so rude. Acted like us being there was really bothering her. She also did not look professional at all. She walked away from us multiple times during the sale and started doing something else it was awful.!!!!
