I never said I was not highly satisfied.. I had a lovely experience there!

When Trying to check out, the devices used in the store kept shutting off or wouldn't charge so it took us forever to complete the transaction which made us late for what we had our planned next.

I was satisfied with everything except that the ring that i fell in love with was not available in my size. I purchased another beautiful ring instead.

I stood at the counter waiting to be assisted by an associate for 15 minutes

Some of the items I was looking for were not available. Other item I wanted was not in stock and was given the one off of display.

Did not have exactly what I was looking for in the charms.

Workers were busy figuring out their DoorDash order rather than waiting on me. I walked into the store twice… once to look for a specific item and second time to purchase that item.

Walked into the store and saw the associate whom did not look friendly at first..walked around I was pushing a baby carriage..she was helping someone else..I was not in a hurry at all..they were courteous but not enough help. The ladies were friendly when they were helping us.

My boyfriend bought me a ring and not even 3 months later one of the stones fell out. They was a expensive right so I sincerely believe it should have lasted for more than a few months and a couple hand sanitizing.

Sales associate was not very knowledgeable & very rude. Love shopping at pandora but visited 2 different stores within a week and customer service was absolutely awful at both
