I was satisfied. I think the jewelry is overpriced when the rose gold wears off within a couple months.

The only thing was a customer wedged herself and her friends in the middle of me and my boyfriend while we were paying for the ring with no social distancing. I had to back up and they just stood there interrupting the purchase. But, it had nothing to do with the associates. They were great!

Wasn’t able to shop in the store. Wasn’t able to purchase online as the website had a problem. I couldn’t get all my other pandora jewelry cleaned.

I'm not into the imported Thailand overpriced jewelry. I was shopping for a gift fot a 14 year old.

The only issue was we were incorrectly charged for one of the charms. It was one of the last chance items, but the sale price was not applied. I’m not sure if that is the computer, or the sales associate. The associate was wonderful! We went through a bunch of things, new sale and a return, so there was a lot going on. She had some trouble with the little register thing freezing up. My main complaint is that when I noticed I tried to call the store, and it is some weird recording and place to leave a message. Overall I was very happy with the service of the sales associate that helped me, and the associate that helped her help me (maybe she’s is a bit newer).

I went purposely to take advantage of the event of "spending $100, get a free bracelet." The very helpful asst manager was knowledgable and exceptionally patient! She calmly showed me dozens of beads. I left the store having purchased just 4 beautiful beads, and 2 new bracelets -- one for myself, and one as a birthday gift for my daughter. I will be back for more. Thanks.
