The sales associate was knowledgeable. She was able to offer several choices when I told her I was in there to buy beads for special occasions. She was very friendly.

I walked into the store today having no clue about a gift for my mother, then a women Approached me named Alexandra, she helped me to pick out the best ring by asking questions about my mother such as her style, her taste, her size, and then she shared some of her taste as well. At the end of this process I walked out with the perfect gift thanks to the sales associate Alexandra . I will be back !

Kathy (store manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took a lot of time to show us the different charms and find one that fit our needs. She wasn't in a rush to get us out of the store. She was not pushy with selling the merchandise, either. She is an asset to the store and company.
