I have been wanting the 'Abstract Elegance Ring' from Pandora for months now. I originally found it online, so I was nervous walking into the store it would not be available. (My local Pandora store is quite small, hence my nervousness about the item not being in store.) I walked in, and immediately a kind associate named Qiaja E. asked if I needed help. I simply showed her a photo of the ring I wanted, and she quickly found the exact one and fitted my finger for a perfect size. This is one of my favorite purchases hands down, and I am excited to return to Pandora again!

This was my third visit in two weeks! Twice in New Hartford NYand once in Plano Tx. I had great experiences every time Ally in NY was excellent the sales person in Texas was very good and Maraye in Ny was awesome. I love my purchases.

Kelly was amazing and knowledgeable. I had to exchange a ring for a different size and she was trying to help me determine which one would be best. She put up with my friend and I wanting to try on rings and she was just overall great to talk to.

Picked out products in catalog, brought catalog into the store and had an associate select all the pieces I was interested in. Purchased and gift wrapped at the store. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

The store was bright, clean and had many associates to help. Sydney was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This was my first visit to a Pandora store, i went to purchase two graduation gifts. The sales associate greeted me immediately with a friendly smile. I explained what I was looking for and Allie knew just what to show me! I was so happy with her suggestions I purchased the two gifts I was looking for and also a bracelet for myself! Allie is a very friendly, knowledgeable sales associate. She was a true pleasure to work with.
