My boyfriend purchased me a promise ring from Pandora about 11 months ago. The ring was in great condition, it just started to discolor on the backside due to friction and normal wear and tear. This ring meant a lot to me and my boyfriend and once it started wearing we were super bummed. Thankfully, Pandora was standing behind their product and replaced it with a new ring and I can stop stressing about it. The sales associate educated me on ways to make my ring last longer and told me about the free cleanings anytime I wanted. I’m very satisfied with Pandora and I’m glad we chose this jewelry store!
