I love pandora jewelry. When I walked in the store I told the associate what I was looking for and she knew right away what I wanted and I made my purchase and left. She was friendly and sweet and didn’t make me feel I had to buy anything even tho I was hehe.

Simple return

I was looking for memorabilia charm for my deceased pet. Though there my have not been a big selection, the sale associate was incredibly helpful finding any charms that I was looking for and was very positive and pleasant with my situation. She was truly great with helping me she deserves a pay raise!

The employees were outstanding. Kathy the store manager in New Hartford is exceptional! We WILL be back!!

Immediately upon entering the store the associates were right there to assist me. When I explained what had happen to my ring the associate was more than willing to exchange my ring that had broken. Was very helpful and fast process.

The sales associate who helped me was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I had to return a bracelet that was given to me as a gift because it was too large. The associate, I believe her name was Kathy, tried at least two bracelets on to make sure she got the one that was going to be a perfect fit. She happily rearrange the charms on the new bracelet and showed me how to attach the safety chain and then put the safety chain on my Pandora bracelet! She was fabulous!
