Great service and knowledge by store representative

Greeters were very friendly your store was very clean Covid was followed guidelines and the sales rep was extremely friendly knowledgeable and patient

As I approached the stores entrance, a very pleasant associate greeted me and let me know that the store was at maximum capacity and àsked if I minded waiting outside. I did not mind at all. She was so kind and asked if I needed to look at the merchandise, or did I happen to know what I was shopping for. I did know, she grabbed the earrings, took my payment, had them giftwrapped, she was fantastic!

My husband & I were welcomed as we came in the door & given time to look around without being rushed. The employees were very helpful & made our purchase a delight.

Service was timely. Merchandise was available. Sales person was friendly and attentive to my needs. Liked that I was able to have my purchase wrapped. The free gift was a pleasant surprise.

It seemed good to go in a store again. I couldn’t find charm on website. Called store and the had the two I was interested in and we kind enough to put them aside for me so I could look at them and decide and I got the free bracelet and another charm. The sales girls were lovely and friendly.
