Went for their st patty day things. It was dead. They weren't doing their drawings. And I played $30 and never hit even five or ten cents. Wasn't worth my time to play there.

I've hit pretty good before, but I dropped $300 and didn't hit anything. Pretty lousy. You would think I would have at least hit a little, even if just to lose it back, but I never got up.

Very disappointed with the Players Club. I went to Players Club to redeem my reward points for a Camo folding chair and one entry in the 4-wheel vehicle drawing. I handed my player's card to the person at the counter. She input information into the computer system and gave me back my card. She instructed me to swipe my card for the drawing. I immediately swiped my card. The ticket printed showing two entries for the drawing. She then informed me I would not get a chair because the entries into the drawing took all but 8 points. My friend and I spoke with a manager. No one would take responsibility for being at fault and/or do the right thing and give me the chair I expected to receive. I told all of them they should not give the card back to the player until they have completed their part of the transaction. They all tried to say it was out of their control and blamed the system. Another person in line told me it happened to him, too. If this is a recurring problem, then they should have taken corrective measures to avoid this from happening, such as I told them not to give the card back until they have their part of the transaction completed. Very disappointing that even management wouldn't make good on this. My friend is contacting the casino general manager about this today. We'll see what happens.

Worst casino experience ever I didn't win a dime I know it's a casino and what not but still not a cent came back to me!
