Great service and very clean. Helpful and kind staff. Complementary breakfast and happy hour with appetizers make it a great deal for your money. Will recommend to friends.

There was NO hot water. We had to take cold showers. Very frustrating.

it would be nice to not hear the piano and singer in my 7th floor room. I had to go to set on the bed or turn the TV up loud enough they could hear it next door

Great place to stay. Air conditioner did not get as cold as it should have. Needs to be cooler when it is over 95 degrees outside. Also, complimentary Internet service is terrible. Excellent service and very clean hotel.

When checking in, I gave them my card for incidentals, which I knew I'd need to do and fully expected to pay for a bottle of water, but they failed to tell me that there would be a $30 hold on my account until, possibly, December 10 (I checked in on December 6 and checked out at noon on December 7). This created some problems that I had to get resolved with my bank and the hotel. After all my trouble, they still charged me for the water in which I feel they could have waived for all the problems they created.

Stayed here many times and have been very pleased each time. This time the motel air condition was just not doing the job especially in the room. The commons areas were also warm. I know it was hot outside but I have been here when it was hotter.
