The sales associate "Reese" at the center at Salisbury Maryland location did a phenomenal job 👏. She was patient and very kind, and so excited to help me start my first Pandora bracelet!! She was so sweet!. My hubby and I went inside for the first time to purchase me a valentines gift. We had a great experience.

The associate who helped me was extremely pleasant and nice. She went above and beyond to also help her associate when needed. The store was organized and very clean.

Great customer service

I went into the store because of the 50% off sign out front. I was quickly greeted by an associate and she was able to show me some sale rings. She listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions but wasn’t pushy. When I asked for one of the new rings in a specific size she took her time to look for it thoroughly. She even checked the display and that is where she found it. I ended up purchasing two rings thanks to her sales techniques and am very happy with my purchases.

I am always satisfied when I go into a store. The associates there are always friendly and ready to help.
