My son visited the store the day before. They asked why he had a bracelet. He explained that his charms are for the son he lost. When I visited the next day for spacers for my bracelet I met the associate who assisted him. Shw had such kind words.

The service there was wonderful. The salesperson who helped me, Alyssa, was very kind and knowledgeable about the products. She tended to my every need. Very quick and efficient.
