I asked to have my bracelet cleaned during the visit. The sales associate took it to the back for someone to clean. When the second lady came out with my bracelet, it didn't seem as though she actually took the time to clean and polish the bracelet and charms. When I got home I was switching the charms around and noticed that there were places on my bracelet that were darker than others. So it looks like the associate who cleaned it didn't bother to remove the charms to completely polish the bracelet and charms separately.

Unfortunately when I walked into the location, there was only one customer and 1 associate. The associate did greet meet and state that she will be right with me. It took 2 more customers to come into the store before another associate, who was the Manager, to come out to give assistance to the waiting customers. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit, just not highly.

The Initial sales associate was pleasant but I could tell she was new. She seems a little lost when I was asking about specific charms for a wedding present. Store manager had to intervene to get her on the right track to help me.

The manager at the store was not people friendly at all. Her entire demean was sulky did not smile or acknowledge us at all. I purchased a charm put was very tempted to return it because of the experience . Once of the workers came out of the store crying upset I overheard her tell someone on the phone the manager just fired her. I guess thats why she had the attitude it seems she wanted us out the store and we were not out fast enough. Unprofessional and i will never return to this store

The staff was rude they made me feel like I was rushed and shouldn’t have been there. I’ve been working the full time during covid and I’ll tell you if your people don’t want to be open there’s no point in opening the store. I felt as if I was a burden there instead of a customer. I like buying my fiancé charms but I’d be better off just buying her jewelry from stores that treat me like a customer not a burden.

The sales rep rang up an extra item. Then she applied my gift certificate and gift card. Before she accepted a third gift card, she realized her error, and couldn’t figure out how to fix it ( even with help of her manager. They ask me to pay for it all, so they could then reimburse me. When I left to explain the issue to my husband, my friend paid the remainder. They reimbursed her for the one wrong item, but not the rest. My friend just wanted to get us out of there, before I figured it out and got upset. I got upset anyway! 🥵

Upon walking into the store no one greeted me or even paid me any attention. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes before I was acknowledged and I think that was unacceptable.

I needed one item and the sales associate did not seem eager to assist me with my purchase. My last couple of visits to Pandora stores in the DFW metroplex were not positive.

Sales associates, profiled me as a customer, in my opinion, as this particular store is in high class area. Associates seemed as if they were less than enthused to help. .
